Greetings One and Everyone!
It’s only just come to my attention that TNA has had a PPV. Why was I not informed?
*whispers off camera* I was? When?
*more whispers off camera* oh yeah, while I was watching TNA… right. Oh well. I did get to watch a small lot of it. And by that I mean… I fast forwarded through all of the crap bits.
So let’s see what was salvaged. By the way for anyone interested, I would’ve had 5.5 out of 9 (the .5 is the no contest) for the Destination X Predictions.
Oh and a small message… To all the people who say that Undertaker vs. Shawn Michaels is going to end up in a draw… BITE ME!!
Anyway, onto business!
Best Match – Ultimate X Match - Motor City Machine Guns vs. Generation Me (TNA Destination X)Well Duh. Of course this match is the best match. How can you NOT give this match the best match of the week?
It went off with a bang and didn’t let up. The action was like lightning.
I did like that Motor City Machine Guns won the match. It actually confirms what I’ve been saying for the past 2 months. Motor City Machine Guns need a push something major. They have won many singles titles between them but they have never held that coveted TNA World Tag Team Championship.
Also, I don’t think they stand a chance against Hernandez and Matt Morgan, Morgan and Hernandez will break down and FINALLY have that singles rivalry that will bring out the best from both stars.
Worst Match – Sheamus vs. Evan Bourne (Raw)Is Evan Bourne becoming the next Charlie Haas? The highest ranking jobber in the industry?
I honestly don’t think I’ve seen Evan Bourne have a match longer than 5 minutes in the last 2 months. Although my memory is quite hazy and fuzzy, I think that Bourne has just fallen off the face of the planet, much like The Hart Dynasty and NXT.
How can you justify Evan Bourne’s backwards push? You get the next biggest High Flyer in the WWE, and then you give him a ton of matches on ECW. Then you trade him to Raw and given him about 4 WINS in the last 7 months and one of them was to get into the Money in the Bank.
Seriously, give Bourne a title shot and just stop making JOBBERS in the industry. I don’t want Bourne to be known as “The most popular jobber in WWE history”.
Best Performer – Randy OrtonI think he’s still at the peak of his career. He’s just been on a plateau for the last few years and he’s still at the top. I think that Orton can still be the champion and for people to take it as “somewhat new”.
That being said… Randy, grow your hair back, stop looking like an elf and get skin to cover up your tattoos. It looks like someone just spilled black paint down your arm and you’ve just left it and haven’t showered since.
But anyway, he is still at the top. This time last year Triple H wanted to tear his head off, this week they had to be tag partners. Just one question… why was Sheamus on the side of Legacy?
He didn’t need to be there… although it was the only team that he could really be on at that point. Anyway…
Orton has built the entire “new heel” persona single handedly. I like what Orton has done… but he’s been doing it now for 2 and a half years. I think it’s time for a change. Don’t you?
Worst Performer AND Worst Moment – Kevin Nashalso titled
Most Obvious Moment or
Moment most likely to lead to the backward push of Eric YoungWhat does Eric Young have to do to get recognized well enough in TNA?
He was the leader of the World Elite. A good leader, but I still think it should’ve been given to Sheik Abdul Bashir because it would’ve been the BIGGEST heel force in the industry. Anyway, I’m getting off topic…
Eric Young’s face turn was brilliant. His explosion of anger and heat against Sean Waltman a few weeks ago on impact was CLASSIC! But this turned into a 3 on 1 Handicap match. Way to get paid Nash.
If you wanted this to be a good thing, why didn’t you pick a lead Heel to side with Nash? Then when Nash screws him over, everyone LOVES to fact that the wolfpac is back together. Wouldn’t that be the smart idea?
I cannot wait for this to be done, for Hall, Waltman and Nash to screw up and get fired and for all of the original X Division stars to step up and get their shot at their TNA Title.
Best Moment – The Outline Spray PaintOkay so the turning of Nash wasn’t a good thing. But the spray paint left there for the rest of the night was. It would’ve been funny if AJ Styles was put through the ring at that spot and just that outlined piece gave way.
I’m glad that they didn’t change the ring. It was different and in a really funny way. If that was the WWE, the ring would’ve been changed and we would’ve gone to 3 different promotional advertisements of WWE merchandise, Stone Cold’s new film out on DVD and maybe 2 backstage interviews so the ring could’ve been changed.
This was weird, funny and different because it drew me into watching the ring because of the outlined figure of Eric Young. I thought someone was going to burst through the figure and pull someone down through it. That would’ve been good too. But the Styles/Abyss ending wasn’t bad.
Worst Promo - Hogan and Abyss at Destination XNow we have Hogan and Abyss backstage with a microphone… wow, screams quality television right there.
Abyss should’ve talked for about another 2 minutes not just let Hogan talk for more than 4 seconds. “The gold around his finger will lead to gold around his waist.”
You are implying that he will SOLELY get TNA gold if he ONLY wears that ring. Nothing less than that will get him what he desires.
Also… THIS ISN’T LORD OF THE RINGS!
Shut up about the ring already! Are you going to talk about how you have to go on a mystical journey having to protect yourselves from the evil Count Flair and constantly being followed by AJ Smeegle who wants the ring more than Abyss does? Are you going to cast it into the firey bowels of Mount Dixie? Actually that sounds bad. Scratch that last bit. But I hope my point is clear.
Shut up about the ring already. It’s a ring. Get over it. It doesn’t have any super powers. It doesn’t have any mystical uses. Please MOVE ON!
Oh great, you’ve moved on to Eric Bitchoff… who is wearing a baseball cap… and looks pathetic.
Okay. I’m getting away from this. I’m so disgusted by this that I’m ending this now.
Worst Promo of the Year so far.

This ISN’T the first “repeat” Wrestlemania match. Obviously Shawn Michaels and Undertaker is a repeat match but it wasn’t the first.
It’s actually been done before.
Wrestlemania 4 had Hulk Hogan and Andre The Giant had a Double DQ match of course the WM after their Wrestlemania 3 match.
ALSO, Wrestlemania 16. The Triple Threat Tag Team Ladder Match and TLC 2 at Wrestlemania 16 and 17 with the Hardys, Dudleys and Edge & Christian.
I don’t really have a rant, I’m just stating the fact from the people who have been spamming me with questions saying “What do you think of this first repeat match at Wrestlemania?”.
I’m stating the facts. I’m right. Deal with it.
